Empangeni seems to be dry. I only know two WGs in Empangeni. But from a punter's point of view, I can say you need substantial investment. Your place need to be discreet, we hate being seen. Rooms need to have proper aircons, as you know it is warm in this side. Beds need to be comfortable and quiet. The place must be clean. You must have some parking space.
