The rates have gone up to 900 per hour -this i can understand if they move to La Lucia or an upmarket place.
The road they are in runs of Old north coast road looks down and out.

The new place is clean the rooms are guest rooms on suite bathrooms and aircon. Good parking and no steep driveway. Its about 700 meters or so away from old northcoast road. You could be put off by some of the rundown properties in the road but the one Kirsten is in has been upgraded. It loods like a lodge rather than a standalone house.
