She had her face on her profile picture of WhatsApp, then I decided she wasn't for me.

I perform almost a comprehensive interview over the phone before booking a new girl.
If she gets frustrated or defensive then that's the end of that.
I am very respectful yet probing. Usually a 10 to 15 min interview.
