My apologies, I have been really busy today. I will post something later tonight when i am done. 🙏

Where to start.
Every day I go through the reviews. There is a lot to be learned and a good place to start is finding out what us punters are wanting / needing, In order to consider the punt, satisfactory.
Having said that, no matter how good your establishment is and how much effort you put into getting the environment right, there is something I call the human factor.
What is the human factor....
I see it all the time. Someone will start a new website showing off the girls and what they have to offer. The site maybe amazing with all the functionality on the site that we are looking for. Where the human factor comes into play.... All the girls on the new site are the the same girls that you get on most of the other sites.
To put what I have just said into perspective.


So I have a great house, I listen to what you say in your review, i try to get my house to a standard that everyone is wanting / needing, yet the girls are the same girls that have just come from another house and the same issues they had at the other house, they bring to my house. This is the reason I have had a large turnover of girl.
There are the diamonds in the rough though. I have 2 amazing ladies here that are invaluable and please God I will fill my house with ladies that have the same willingness to do a good job and with the same morals.
To the ladies that are in the industry, I am not saying that all of you out there are bad apples, what I am saying is there are many bad apples out there and those ladies are giving a very bad name to this industry.


I am going to leave it there, for now.
I have plenty more that I believe needs to be said on how to get this industry to a higher level, that is if you would like to hear more from me.

Need something north of the umgeni .some of us are snobs and don't venture over the river. That being said some traveling girls book apartment's in gateway area and work well.

Here's a bit of info. A certain company or person was representing a few flats as rental agency in gateway area. The owners mostly from out of town and only wanted 8 k or 9 k a month. So the letting guy got creative confirmed the flats rented to the owners at their price then got some WG's in at 500 each day and made some nice tax free money.
