If increasing their chances, then why use different phone numbers? They can have multiple ads with the same phone number. Having more numbers means they have to carry more phones too.

It does increase their chances but I also think every profile/cellphone which ever way you want to look at it is a complete separate personality...so if you don't bother with the one because she was simply too rude for you when you message on her other number she can change the way she approaches the situation.
What I don't really get is why these girls tie their self worth to the price they charge.They literally won't lower their rates despite knowing they can make more simply because they feel they are better than the girl in the next room or building.
