Sessions are good...area isn't too bad.The property is gated with a decent yard.No real security presence but relatively safe. I do know what you mean by the area though I went to see a girl listed as Bailey a few months back drove pass the place because I couldn't even see the entrance or where to park....got further up the road to make a U turn and saw all these scrap yards and shady looking properties. Once I turned around I was out of there😂she swore me and called me a coward but she wasn't worth that kind of trouble
