At last i managed to register a username here. Not too easy if you browsing from certain phones.
You need to find the 'full site' tab and from there it gets clearer.

Perhaps admin should create a post on how to register. When i emailed redvelvet support - they said they need to call me to verify me and its a paid service. LoL - apparently not it appears hehe.
