1) Have a telephonic conversation
with the girl,to see if you
actually get along with the girl
or not.
ask about her rates and the things
she will do and won't do.Ask about
all her extra fees.Maybe also
speak to her on video call so you
can see her face.

2) Ask if she works from a guesthouse
or a private venue,ask about her
availability,if she travels or not
eg.
3) Ask about safe parking

4) Get the address and check the area
out.

5) Ask her if she is new to the trade
or been in the trade for a while
to gauge her experience.

6) Also discuss your likes and
dislikes with the girl.

Agree good points , most girls don't like to communicate well when calling and think we wasting their time when many questions are asked, this can be an immediate red flag to skip if they already have bad attitude
