Those answers have even changed my mind to be honest and I would have to say when its all on the line - Hygiene is a deal breaker and must be the number 1 factor. Least imp factor - Time in session ( eg the 30min/1hr ) - Time keeping - like keeping the appointment time eg 2pm is different and vital. So then to mix it up a little more.....
