Where can I get a rica’d SIM card in Pretoria. Obviously want to stay anonymous when make calls to people on this site.

u just say gimme a sim card
then when they give it to you u say is it rica'd
then they gona say yea it is
then you give them R10 n leave

I have bought so many of these pre-rica'd sims over the years... don't even have to ask if it's rica'd. If your buying it from those Pakistani guys it always is.
