guys just a general question, how long do your usually last during intercourse in the session?

There are some factors you will have to consider. Factors such as diet, age, health status and emotional connection with the lady you are with. Usually a first round can be something in the region of 5 minutes. A second round can go as far as 45 minutes. But it also depends.

eish . . . my first round is 30 to 45 mins . . . so I always only do one round dont think i ever did 2 rounds.

@DurbanHustler, I have done a 15 minutes first round and went on to do the 55 minutes second round. I was with a Xhosa lady who went on to say that if she was in relationship with me, we would have sex only twice a week. Also using pills for impotence may prolong the round, I usually avoid pills, I use herbs.

I have no idea what you believe to be muti, so I may share the herbs and you will deem them as muti

Usually I use Eriosema salignum/kraussianum cooked with milk. Other herbs are I cannot share as they need a lot to mix
