Eish, I was amazed back in level 4 and 5 lockdown how so many punters magically obtained permits without being emergency frontline workers. I'd say just carry a medicine bag with you and say you had to go get emergency meds from a 24 hour pharmacy at the hospital. That qualifies as an emergency and should keep you in the game and out of a detainee cell at the local corrupt police dept.
