Surely by now people could have learned to post links?
Top 10 means only that their profiles have been viewed the most, not that they are rated the top 10 by actual punters.
Any idiot can get into the top 10 by getting people to visit their profile by deception, false advertising, fake reviews, etc

She's also on the Purple site. Was very tempted to book her until I read the reviews on there.
