Jokes aside, they are usually in a good mood when they just sniffed something. Unfortunately that's how some of them cope with seeing so many different guys and pushing themselves to give a proper service regardless of what the guy looks like etc. The mood changes happen during the "comedown phase" after the stimulant effects wear off. Depression, paranoia and anxiety kick in at that point.
I noticed a lot of the sexy slim ones seem to have that unstable personality. Guess it comes with the territory. Still better than banging fat chicks.
