What's up with Pinetown? It looks like the scam artists and drug addicts like to be based there

Pinetown always has the numbers but none of the quality in my experience. Especially in recent years

@ Aang or anyone in the know. Would you match the poor quality of WG's in Pinetown to the lower prices offered there. Heard prices can drop to around R250-R350 there
