hi guys what would be considered the right price to pay for for a 1 hour sesion, I know some of you might take this the wrong way but i am been very sencere with my question. first and formost i run the house of lust and trust me this is not easy, there are many cost involved. so is the price area related ( pinetown ) or girl related. The girls have to pay me a room fee and this fee has not changed in the last seven years and the price is low for the room fee and i want to keep the price as affordable as possiible and they need to make money. so when someone offers R300. we have to decline. and to be perfectly honest three years ago i would not have posted this we were so busy. i also have to say 80% of our clients are not on the forum but would be nice to know how to accomadate the forum members.

The venue and the girl (specifically her ability to provide a good service), have a big part in making me feel that I am receiving good value for money.
The affordability of your clients will also be a determining factor.
My personal preference is a girl in her 20's who works at a venue with clean and well maintained facilities.
I regularly pay between R800 to R1200. Depending on the girl.
To attract good fees ,you need to keep your standard high.
Your talent at your venue needs to be attractive too.

thank you for your input. unfortunatley i only have one young girl (22) but from next month i will have two young girls but i still have 4 ladies in their 30s. i would like to believe our standards are high. we have shower and toilet ficalities with aircon or heated room linen and bedding is changed with each customer, parking is discreet and at the back of the venue as regards to talent i have had no complaints so far

Facilities are a huge factor too. Clean (and big) shower with hot water, clean linen, and clean toilet are mandatory. Some cheap disposable toiletries will be nice but not necessary - soap, disposable loofa, shower cap etc etc.
Things like a sex chair or a sex swing are really fun too.

hi Kidash thank you for your input. Shower and hot water is standard linen and bedding is changed with each custmer toilet availabe in the same room .will certainly look into the loofa and cap . unfortunetly there is no room for swing and sex chair.

Judging from a house which I visit often (out of Durban) I'd say the ladies should charge R600 half hour and R800 full hour. Owo should be R100 and the lady gets to keep that. Now and again like mid month they run a crazy special eg:400/600. Just thought I'd share this. Thanks

to me it depends on the area musgrave morningside i pay 600 for an hour. lalucia umhlanga 750/800 an hour. parts of durban north blackburn etc north coast road 500/650 and hour. Pinetown only 500 as the petrol costs me more. It also goes by the venue - just my 2 cents worth. im also tired of paying 800 to 100o and getting crap service -
