I advise taking it along with having protected sex to ensure you say negative. Bit paranoid I know but need to stay safe, punting isnt the way it was 20 years ago unfortunately. My fellow punters gave the correct descriptions regarding Prep and what it is and that it protects you against HIV but not the other STI's

I think it’s a good idea if we’re punting while committed. That just ensures you’re covered for HIV and staying negative. Pity there isn’t a prep for STIs because those are the most prevalent.

Anyone else concerned by the recent cut in funds/aid by the US goverment especially Pepfar which kept HIV in check since 2003. I for one am concerned that viral loads which was once undetectable will start to increase thus increasing the risk of infection and dying of AIDS. Just a heads up the next time we looking for a bare blow or cum in mouth. You just have one life so take care of it.Regards
