At the prices they ask, it is a scam.
I have nothing against a wg asking for any price and it's up to us to pay or not. However, what do you get for the extra 1.5k?
She's still a wg.

If for instance I was in an auction for an hour with Tyla. I will pay a whole lot more. I would probably get out bid though.
