As most of you know, I am am the owner of the ZK Mathews house.
I need to let everyone know that tomorrow (Monday), parking off street will be unavailable due to a new gutter being installed at the house.

Nevil it's pretty clear by going through the many threads, we as VIP's submit, that paying money up front can basically set the tone for what is to follow.

There are many guys here that have been scammed by paying money up front. There's been bait and switch, rushed sessions, punters been treated badly etc. Therefore I raised the concern.

So your statement "can't remember if I paid first" is kind of irrelevant because it's not pertaining to the concern I raised.

@African Wolf maybe you should insist on half payment upfront, so in this way, we as honest punters are also covered. Just my thoughts 🤔
