Use it as constructive criticism to improve services. James did say Chev is improving, which suggests he is a reasonable guy, willing to give a second chance even when he didnt get his moneys worth at first visit.

I give reviews when i visit - the good and the bad gets said , even with a glowing review, i mention the negatives, and the girl being reviewed often appreciates it.

So a bad review is not an attack - it is an opportunity to improve.....

She does tend to vanish for lengthy periods and then make a short comeback.
