I give clients 3 strikes for not showing up (with no communication) before I block them as it makes me loose other clients who do communicate which is unfair. This morning a call from a new client woke me up and he scheduled an appointment an hour prior so I got up and made myself ready for him (I loved how that gentlemen kept communicating with me until he was at my door).. you then called 30 minutes before 10am and said you are here now(I always prefer on time rather than late or early) then figured might be the client who woke me up that is early and I told you that as well.. now I always make sure I advise clients to let me know when they are on the way 15-20 minutes before arriving rather than rocking up at my door which you didn't do. This is because I want to be aware who I'm opening the door for. Anyway my thumbs are tired now but just want to highlight that I'd never purposefully do a double booking as I take 1 or 2 hours breaks between each session to regain my energy. This was all a matter of miscommunication and misunderstanding and I hope you enjoyed the session at the new place. I really appreciated your consistency today and hope to see more of if.
