very disappointed by this lady . . .
Called her yesterday at 7:14pm and enquired rates and services - confirmed a booking and said ill be there in 30min.. also reassured her that i was definitely coming and must save my number to ensure she answers when i get there - she advised me to call her when im 5 min away.

i for got to make the 5min away call but called when i was at the address which was exactly 31min from the call to make the booking but no answer. . . i waited in the car for another 15min trying to call but no answer - drove to a garage 5min away to check on the sites for another punt but this was time consuming so i found myself there still after an 1hr and 20min all through that time trying to call her as well as the other wgs for rates and services. . after a over an hour and half at the garage i tried calling for the last time and her phone was off.
