From my experience.
A house is either good or bad. All the girls seem to have the same standard at a single house.
If you get 1 high quality girl at a house then the others raise their standard. If all are happy with low standards then it's all the way to the floor.
'Helper' as a manager you can influence this by encouraging your girls to have better hygiene standards and treating clients with respect and kindness. Don't double book or rush services. That's in your control.
You can make your establishment a preferred one for clients. Get your service level high enough and start charging higher fees. Top quality deserves money.
You can't control your clients but you can improve service.
To manage payments get a card payment device. Don't allow e-wallet.
I wouldn't expect a new girl to trust my payment credentials.
I only do eft or e-wallet once a girl knows me for a while.
I however hate being asked to pay before service is rendered.
Be it a contractor, mechanic, doctor,lawyer or hairdresser. I always pay after the service is provided. Why should intimate services be any different.
