Recently there have been individuals POSING as policemen calling clients and requesting money. This is a SCAM. These are not real policemen.
If you receive such a call IGNORE all calls from them and report it to Redvelvet so that we can assist and investigate.
Please do not be alarmed, real policeman have no reason to call you for using services on the site.
