I think CPT has the problem of the tourists with stronger currency. No South African resident can be as much interesting as one that pays 3 times the rate for the same service.

I have seen the same with my eyes in Malawi, with the South African workers there... did I say karma before?

in any case, bottom line, the crisis instead of producing more offer, it has caused a diaspora to richer areas. Unfortunately I cannot stop this on my own, so I have just given up
