Thank you all for your answers, I understand that it's a slippery slope. I'm not a young man anymore and I have bucket list items that need checking off or I'll regret never having had the experiences. I never do anything without doing my homework so to speak so I am absolutely on the same page in that regard hence my reaching out to you all here. I had no idea how to go about initiating contact or knowing that the lady of my interest is who she claims to be. I have always had the utmost respect for all people and especially those of the female persuasion. In fact it's often led to failed relationships because I'm always the nice guy, the chivalrous guy, the doting guy... i.e. the guy that lady's don't want in my experience. To answer regarding my location I can say only that I'm in the Cape Town area. I'm still not sure whether I'll go down this road (thank you for those who have expressed their understandable warnings, they don't fall on deaf ears) but I have to find out more for my own sanity and to satisfy my curiosity.
