yeah, it helped, actually it has reduced a lot the visits to the WGs because you can really see how much manipulation was made in the photos..

let me also add to this, because it is important

if you are lucky enough starting with the ARVs at the third stage of HIV (formerly called AIDS) you can go back to undetectable and still live a life.
